The Courage in the midst of Chaos

Written By: Elder Thomas Mosely

I’ve learned many things through my Life dealing with no father in my life. I had to learn what to speak and what not to speak.

I watch my mom struggle over the years to raise me and my brother and sister I felt compelled to take charge even as a young adult. I had my first child when I was 18 didn’t know anything about being a father yet alone 2 years later getting married. The moment I got married I noticed that what I say matter and how I use my words matter there where many times in my marriage with no directions and no knowledge of marriage.

I was face to fully take charge and lead my family the best I know. There were many times we lost housing, cars, jobs, and personal items and my wife looking at me and would say what are we going to do I told her don’t worry we will get through it and surely before we knew it God got us through and life went on.

I had many jobs because I didn’t know how to be consistent nor did I know how to save money but I still worked hard to provide for my family the Bible say Life and Death is in the power of our tongue right there I got a revelation that I had a choice to speak Life even in Chaos and confusion.

Many times I had to speak positive in many negative Situations it is very important that we speak Life choose our words wisely judge not, condemn not, but bare one another burdens build our brother and sister be a light in the mist of darkness it’s easy to speak negative but it takes heart to speak Life.

I believe that if we do then we would be immersion into deeper levels even in the mist of Chaos so speak Life even when others speak death.
