Hollyhock Chaters Double is an old-fashioned, stately perennial that's as popular now as it was in your great grandparents' day. Colorful, double powder puff blooms adorn tall spikes, and it flowers freely midsummer through fall.
*Both double and semi-double blooms will be produced.
